Terms of Service

Effective: April 1, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of WooSeller AI ("Service"), operated by WooSeller AI ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the WooSeller plugin or creating an account at wooseller.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

WooSeller AI provides a WordPress plugin and accompanying SaaS platform that adds product-aware AI chat functionality to WooCommerce stores. The Service includes the plugin, the management dashboard at wooseller.com, the AI chat API, and all related tools and documentation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your business. Use of the Service for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws is prohibited.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and current information during registration and keep it updated. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at [email protected].

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor, Paddle. All prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Free trial periods, where offered, convert automatically to the applicable paid plan at the end of the trial unless cancelled. You will receive email reminders before conversion.

5. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on eligibility, timelines, and the process for requesting a refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Transmit harmful, deceptive, or misleading content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
  • Conduct automated scraping or data extraction beyond normal plugin operation
  • Use the Service in a way that degrades performance for other users

7. Intellectual Property

The WooSeller plugin code distributed via WordPress.org or provided directly is licensed under the GNU General Public License v2 (GPLv2). The SaaS platform, dashboard, AI models, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of WooSeller AI. WooSeller AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service during the term of your subscription.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your store data and product information. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service.

9. Uptime and Support

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for the API. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. Support is provided via email at [email protected] during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00 UTC).

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WooSeller AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to WooSeller AI in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
