Refund Policy

We want you to be confident using WooSeller AI. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
14-Day Free Trial
All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If the Service is not right for you, simply cancel before the trial ends and you will not be billed. No refund request is needed.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your access continues until the end of the current paid period. We do not issue pro-rated refunds for unused days on monthly plans.
Exception: If you experience a verified technical issue caused by our platform that prevented meaningful use of the Service during a billing period and our support team was unable to resolve it in a reasonable time, you may request a full refund for that period within 7 days of the billing date. Email [email protected] with your account email and a description of the issue.
Annual Plans
If you purchase an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, annual plans are non-refundable but may be cancelled to prevent renewal.
How to Cancel
Cancel anytime from your dashboard under Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect immediately; your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. You will receive a confirmation email.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include:
- Your account email
- The billing date you are requesting a refund for
- Reason for the request (optional but helpful)
We process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Monthly plan charges older than the current billing period
- Annual plan charges after the 30-day window
- Usage-based overages, if applicable
- Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service
